“ So I have been going here for a couple years. However what made this experience different was what we ordered. Its not a menu item but we found it thanks to the group my wife and I were seated near. The mythical Chicago style pizza. Never have I seen my wife's face lit up like it did for food. Mind you she's not highly motivated by food so this was a surprise to me. We will definitely be going again and ordering this. It was heaven. ”

“ I’m so impressed by our experience at Russo’s earlier this evening. We have a big family (and actually enjoy each other’s company). We get together to eat quite regularly in large groups and have experienced an array of service. To be honest when we are all together our expectations are modest as we understand the difficulty in logistics of handling a large group. We were approx 16 and Alexandra and the closing crew treated us with the outmost respect and served us as is we were only 4. We were served in a timely manner, drinks refilled and any requests quickly addressed. Our dinner exceeded closing time by a bit, and we only realized while trying to be discreet checking online for desserts so the birthday girl wouldn’t notice. We never felt unwelcome or pressured to finish up quickly. (Which is how we usually feel in other restaurants as soon as we say the number of guests in our party) The food was all delicious, Pasta, pizza calzones, salads etc.. there was a little of everything on our table and EVERYONE enjoyed their meal. My husband and I visit sporadically and we’ve always had a good experience but tonight was truly memorable. Thank you so much!! ”
